The ordered and paid goods shall be dispatched after they have been produced, within 5 to 7 days (business days) depending on the size and complexity of the order. The Provider shall provide the User with information by e-mail about the dispatch and delivery of the order on the day the order has been handed to the courier company. For orders within the Republic of Bulgaria, the delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days after the ordered goods have been produced. For orders outside the Republic of Bulgaria, the delivery time is between 10 and 20 days after the ordered goods have been produced.

We ship our products via EMS BULPOST.

Shipment periods for international EMS delivery:

Еurope – between 2 and 4 business days;

Outside Europe – between 2 and 10 business days

Please bear in mind that the shipment period begins when the order has been handed to the delivery company.

Doreen shall not be responsible for any delays due to the customs clearance process or an extraordinary delay caused by the courier company.

Payment of goods ordered may be made in one of the following ways:

–         through the PayPal System;

–          by debit/ credit card – Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Bancontact and others included in myPOS system;

–          by bank transfer, by transfer to the bank account of the Provider;

–          cash on delivery. The cash on delivery payment method applies only to deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria upon receipt of the goods by the User from the courier.

Delivery within the Republic of Bulgaria is free.

We ship to almost any country via EMS BULPOST.

We will provide the you with information by e-mail about the dispatch and delivery tracking code of the order on the day the order has been handed to the courier company. 

Shipping costs:

EU – 29€ (VAT included)

Outside EU – 25€

If delivery of the ordered goods is outside the European Union, it is possible import duties and taxes payable after the goods arrive in the respective country to be charged. Any such import duties and taxes, as well as fees collected for the clearance of customs documents, shall be paid by the User. Users are advised to inform themselves in advance of such import duties and taxes.

Our handmade jewellery is characterised by attention to detail and experience aimed at achieving the highest quality of handmade jewellery with a high degree of durability. If, due to the normal wear and tear, the jewellery needs to be repaired, you can contact us at [email protected] after having read Section XII. REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE of the General Terms and Conditions.

For your convenience, we have provided tables with standard sizes: SIZE CHART. When placing an order and before specifying the required size, please make sure you have taken the correct measure according to the tables and the way you prefer to wear your piece of jewellery – tight or loose. To get the comfortable length, it is advisable to add: for a bracelet – 1 to 3 cm to your wrist circumference; for a necklace – at least 5 cm to your neck circumference.

For a ring – you need to measure the circumference of the finger on which you will wear the ring.

Most models can be made in a size different from those listed in the tables.

If you have ordered a size that turns out to be wrong, we could fix the jewellery you purchased. Size correction is free of charge but courier services are at your expense. For more information – item 9.4 of the General Terms and Conditions and contact us at [email protected].
