We ship our products via EMS BULPOST.

The purchased goods shall be dispatched after they have been produced, within 2 to 7 days (business days) depending on the size and complexity of the order. The Provider shall provide the User with information by e-mail about the dispatch and delivery of the order on the day the order has been handed to the courier company. For orders within the Republic of Bulgaria, the delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days after the ordered goods have been produced.

Shipment periods for international EMS delivery:

Еurope – between 2 and 4 business days;

Outside Europe – between 2 and 10 business days

Please bear in mind that the shipment period begins when the order has been handed to the delivery company company.

Doreen shall not be responsible for any delays due to the customs clearance process or an extraordinary delay caused by the courier company.
